The pandemic has not impacted our way of working. We continue to work in true partnership with our customers and suppliers to fully understand the customer’s specific needs. Our ability to deliver products and provide services during the pandemic has remained unhindered. Our manufacturing workshops have been operating as normal. Our customers are still receiving the quality service we are known for, including our after sales service.

A challenge common to manufacturers globally, has been limited availability of certain components such as specific actuator types. We took early action by stocking up on components in our warehouses and have been working closely with our component suppliers to meet demand.

What kind of testing do you do before releasing a new product to the market?

We understand that when new products and technologies are launched there will always be questions about their reliability. Designing all our products inhouse and subjecting all our prototypes to strict testing by our product development and quality teams, has positioned us as the global leader in industrial dampers.

Maintaining our position requires strong partnerships and collaboration. We partner with leading research institutes and classification societies to ensure our technologies, products and operations meet the highest international quality standards and classifications.  All our products undergo stringent quality checks and third party inspectors monitor raw materials and output.
