UPDATE: NOMINATIONS TAKE PLACE
AT SAMMET:
NEW CEO AND CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Dear Partner,
Mr. Pertti Sammasmaa, the founder and long-term CEO
of Sammet Dampers Oy is retiring from his daily duties as the CEO
and Chairman of the Board of Directors. In the future, he will be
continuing his work as a member in the Board of Directors and as a
strategic advisor.
Following the retirement, there are two nominations made:
Mr. Pertti Mehto (52) is named as the new CEO, starting 1st
November 2011.
Mr. Mikko Sammasmaa (37) is named as the new Chairman of the
Board of Directors, starting October 20th 2011.
We will continue our long-term commitment to offer You Sammet’s
world-class industrial dampers, duly managed projects and fruitful
partnership.
